At Visum Milton Keynes we believe in utilising technology in order to keep our costs low and improve our
service offering.
ALL our landlords are given FREE access to our unique system we call 'extranet'.
Our extranet system is a software system that all our landlords can use, you do not require
any special software or licenses. All you need to have is a PC, internet connection with a
web browser.
When landlords sign up with Visum you are given a unique username and password which allows you
to access the Extranet system.
Our extranet system allows business to business communication in a secure way.
Through the extranet you have 24x7 access to ALL your properties and ALL their data. This includes, but is
not limited to:-
- Property addresses, insurance records, safety certificates, taxation information, notes, job records, condition reports,
costs
- Tenant information, contact details, notes, credit checks, reference checks, communication, paperwork
- Tenancy information, tenancy agreements, rent records, condition reports, inventory reports
- Everything else inbetween - it's a very comprehensive system
Also, very importantly, the system was built in-house, this means we are able to add new functionality as
landlords request it. We value our extranet system as a true value add to our customers, we therefore value
feedback on its use and will enhance the system in order to make it more usable by our client base. if you

The extranet is FREE for ALL our landlords wether you have one property or 100 properties.
